Aunt Hilda got married in the final episode of Season 6 and moves back to the Other Realm. During that episode Sabrina thinks that Aunt Hilda's love for her husband isn't real and so she tries to break them up, she succeeds and in doing so, Aunt Hilda has her heart broken and turns into stone. In order to bring Hilda back to life, Sabrina must give up her true love, so at the end of that episode both Josh and Harvey leave her (Josh takes a job in Prague and Harvey decides to move to California) causing Sabrina to have her heart broken and she then turns into stone...Aunt Zelda then gives up her adulthood to bring back Sabrina, which is why Zelda is a child. Oh and Hilda and her husband also get back together.

Long story short, Hilda leaves because she got married. Zelda leaves because she's a child and wants to take care of her own life now. Josh takes a job in Prague as a result of Sabrina being forced to give up her true love and is never seen again in the series. Harvey says he's moving to California but never actually leaves and is there for all of Season 7.

As for Miles, when Sabrina and her friends move into her Aunts' house Miles just disappears, no explanation provided. You can see him briefly at the back of the church in the series' final episode though, although he provides no role in the episode.
