Did you find the saga of Faith more intriguing than other Buffy/Angel story line!

Question:

Did you find the saga of Faith more intriguing than other Buffy/Angel story lines?

Owning all episodes of both shows, I obviously love both shows, though I do think "Angel" went a bit over the top. But I find myself going back to all those episodes involving Faith, her fall into evil, her kinship with Angel, and her ultimate redemption; I find myself less interested in the regular plot-lines, and i get exhausted with all the betrayals on Angel. Maybe it is the simplicity of the story of Faith, add that Eliza Dushku is one red-hot chick and played that character so well. Don't you think we are all drawn to stories of redemption, and isn't that why we took to Angel so much. (Similar is the redemption of Andy Sipowicz on "NYPD Blue" from drunken loud-mouth racist to loving father and husband and great cop.)

Answers:

No, I was more into the Buffy/Angel forbidden love thing. I didn't like Faith when she first appeared on Buffy. I do have to say, Eliza Dushku did a fabulous job acting like "Buffy" in the episode where they switched bodies. But I really didn't like any of the stuff with her on Angel. I didn't like the 2 of them getting close, he was Buffy's man, in my opinion.
