You can go to www.veoh.com and type Tantei Gakuen Q. You will have both episodes 1 and 2, each divided into four parts. And yes there are English subs. Just an update about Crunchyroll though, not only has episodes 1 and 2 been uploaded, but there is also a prequel two-hour special posted online, showing how the Q class met. Enjoy the drama, I love it too!
