They eliminated Amy. Then we had an update. JAG met with the judges after rumors began following all that publicity. He confessed he'd never graduated from culinary school and that while he had served in the Marines, he had not been in Afghanistan. He pulled out of the competition. The judges told him he was talented and while that door was closed, 100 more should open up for him. So, they brought Amy back to compete in the finals with Rory.
