The one where Ross wheres the white uniform? I assume your talking about the episode where Pheobe's friend who is in the navy in a submarine comes up and Pheobe gets the chicken pox? I think.... and the second one is the one where Monica doesn't want to go to dinner with Chandlers boss so he tells him they broke up and he gets to see what his life would be like without her, "It was like Its a wonderful life, with lap dances" =P have fun (sorry if I'm wrong, it was off the top of my head)
