Who has really at fault for the JAG situation...him with lies or the Food Network for awful background checks?
On the last "The Next Food Network Star" episode... JAG (Joshua Adam Garcia) was selected as a finalist. After doing so, they showed that he had lied about his past and when faced with this he resigned. Who's really at fault for all of these personal details, issues and situations to happen on the show... JAG's for lying and sticking to a bad lie or the Food Network for not performing complete background checks on their contestants?

I think Jag is at fault!!! He never should have lied about that!! If he was trying to be a Food Network Star you would think stuff like that would eventually come out so why would he totally lie to those peoples faces and decieve them? That is no STAR!!!
