Is there the slightest possibility that Jake ISN'T Jason's son on General Hospit!

Is there the slightest possibility that Jake ISN'T Jason's son on General Hospital (may contain spoilers)?

I read from a spoiler site that it turns out Jake isn't Jason's son. But I'm not sure if this is true...and even if it were true, the writers might change the storyline and make it so that Jake is Jason's son.

There were lots of spoilers that never came true...which annoys me cause why are the writers so wishy washy?

Also, it didn't make sense to me that Liz wouldn't get a second paternity test...I mean, if I were her, I'd get a second test done to make extra sure who the father of my son was.

IF there is the Slightest Posibility, then I hope Jake ISN'T Jason's son. They need to keep Elizabeth with Lucky, and keep Jason with Sam. Why do they always have to ruin a good thing?
