Hey i watched the final episode of lost till next year (in england) and i'm well confused, we kept getting clips of Jack, with his rather bushy beard, and he met Kate and said we were meant to leave, i mean dus this mean it's clips of the future, but the reason i think not is because wen he's in the hospital, he says go upstairs and if im more drunk than my father, u can fire me, yet his fathers long dead if it's the future, either that or he's off his head completely wen he sed it cos of those drugs, please to dumb comments, i want a good answer, and however unveils the most, gets 10 points!

You're right. Instead of a flashback it was a "flash forward". The comments about his father were put in to throw you off track, so that the ending would be such a surprise! He probably made those comments like you say, because he was drunk/out his head.
In the next season there will be more flash forwards of the other characters. So we'll see them all in the past, present (on the island) and in the future, and see how they all interact wih each other.

So who was in that coffin then???
