i was reading some answers and some of them were talking about phyllis lying about the pat. test for summer. as i remember it nick walks into the room and tells phyllis that jack doens't have to take the test because the baby is his. phyllis tells jack that the baby his nick's based on what nick told her. so if anybody lied its nick. but as much as i love phyllis you never know what she could have done. but they didn't show her doing anything sinister.

yeah, the only person to see the test was Nick, so if it turns out Summer isn't his then they can't blame Phyllis.
