If you go to the website and sign up for the newsletter, they occasionally send you emails offering the opportunity to be in the audience.
But this is rare - as I understand it, audiences are completely booked out and the only chance you really have is take advantage of the email offer I mentioned above.
But it might be worth calling Channel 10 to find out for sure.
