So where is the real tony dimera?

so this tony that is in salme isn't the real tony but his couzin. so where is the real tony? can someone help me.. i'm really counfused!

yeah yesterday while Bo was telling the story to Roman, E.J and Sami about how Andre fell off the roof or where ever...E.J figured out why he told Bo "Bart's Back" it was because Tony is on an island and the map to the island is on Bart's back...yay i'm so glad its only tuesday and still got the rest of the week watching....lol!! and yesterday when it was previewing for tomorrow's show did u see when Bo asked Phillip does he have a child he doesn't know about....i think it's Mimi....i think she kept the baby the seraget (?spelling?) was having and what about when she called Shawn...and he went to her instead of going to his job interview...strange!!! Oh boy i cant wait to see it today....15 more minutes and my eyes will be glued to the tv!! lol
