I'd like to dedicate this thread in loving memory of a great guy who opened my eyes to the beauty around us ie:great historical buildings in the UK.If you've never heard of him look him up on the net and try and get his tv programme on dvd.Did Fred inspire you?

Pucker, I know nothing of his private life.It's just his enthusiasm for architecture and the down to earth way he explained theories to us.

My late husband Bruce,was a big fan of Fred Dibnah! and history! and was over the moon when he found out a friend of his was working on the series! so even at the age of 47 Bruce still wanted an autograph! which he treasured!
so now Fred is in the big historical buildings empire in the sky!! i like to think that he and Bruce are having long talks about his achievements!!
