Where can I watch The OC Season 1 Episode 19 & up & Season 2.?!

Where can I watch The OC Season 1 Episode 19 & up & Season 2.?
All the sites have Season 1 up to Episode 19. tv-video.net has them but for some reason they WILL NOT load on my computer. if you just play it, it pauses every 20 seconds. & if you try to let it load, it just starts over & keeps pausing. It's really weird.
But anyways, I've tried youtube, dailymotion, tv-links, ovguide, fanpop, guma, sidereel, & all the usual suggestions that i could find on yahoo answer.
Help greatly appreciated!
