I don't think Max ot OB have it in them to kill someone, and Warren couldn't have done it as he was trying to kill Justin at the time. I'm pretty sure it was Calvin after the way he seemed desperate to give Louise an alibi so that she would give him one, he even slept with her just to get her on side.
