Did she made it as a model after the show?

She lives in NYC now. There was a special on VH-1 not too long ago and she was profiled. She has red hair and she likes to do Karaoke a lot. She's not with her boyfriend anymore. I believe they are still friends though.
She's not modelling anymore. I can't for the life of me remember what her job is.
