Answers:
First of all, I don't think Nathan and Peter are dead; I believe Peter remembered in time that he could fly too, and since he could regenerate (and Nathan couldn't), he flew away, to save the City and his brother. And of course, we all know Sylar escaped, so he'll be back to wreak havoc and mahem next season. My heart goes out to Claire, but at least she has HRG, and isn't just stuck with Mama Petrelli, who I think needs to wear a hazardous warning badge. What a b***h!!! I'm just waiting to see what all new secrets we have next season, will Matt Parkman live? is Sylar still in the sewers? what will Mama Petrelli do when she finds out her boys didn't mind? (good for them). September 24th can't come quickly enough for me.
