In Y&R, Gloria was about to tell Maggie the truth re:cream sabotage?

Will wrote something on paper but I missed what he wrote. What was it? Was he trying to cover up the truth or tell Maggie it's true? (Y&R is one day ahead for Canadian viewers)

sorry..should've been clearer: Michael took Will to the ER b/c he was having trouble breathing. Later on, Gloria tells Will that she will turn herself in and asks Michael to care for him while she's in prison. Michael tells her she'll make bail. Then Maggie comes in to see how Will is doing. Will starts to write down something and that's what I missed. What he wrote while Gloria was starting to confess.

I think you may be referring to the note that said they are holding me prisoner. The spoilers page is also a day ahead and is in synch with Canada. Michael shows Gloria the note and says that William may have her arrested.
