the next? How does a "shopgirl" afford these hairdos? Also, she had chandelier earrings on today. A little toooo mature for such a young lady, huh?

Almost all the soap stars are using those hair extensions ad nausea to the point that they are so phony looking, and Maxie is no exception.
Most of the soap stars hair, with or without extension, are so unattractive. Their hair is either hanging in their eyes as they are talking and bllinking. If they aren't doing that, they are constantly pushing it out of their eyes or putting it behind their ears (like they need something to do with their hands). Some of them look like they need a good brushing. Maybe these girls/ladies should concentrate more on their acting than their hair extension, etc.
