In Doctor Who "The Parting of the ways" (1X13), what is the music that plays when the Doctor kisses Rose??
It's near the end of the episode at about 40 minutes and 30 seconds in. I've heard this music in the series before, but this is the only episode I have saved. No lyrics, just music and someone going "whooo whoooo woo who wooo" like.

It is a song called "The Doctor's Theme" and is the work of a composer named Murray Gold. He does most of the music for the Doctor Who series and it is just beautiful and amazing.
