Old Kids TV Show in 80's / 90's, Please identify???
Been trying to work this out for years. The superheros lived inside the core of the earth or under water and whenever they were needed they stepped into transparant tubes that whisked them up to the earths surface at high speed. I have a feeling they could then change into various animals but maybe I had too many jaffa cakes at the time! Please help me id this one. Thanks

Captain planet is all I can think of and they controlled the earth wind and fire and one had a heart ring that use to do something with animals
