Sometimes you can catch them on YouTube and related sites, but due to copyright violations they are usually removed quickly. The best way to get them is to either purchase the DVDs of Mad TV or rent them from places like Blockbuster or Netflix. I've even known people to copy rented DVDs using their computers and free software downloaded from the internet onto blank DVDs (either single or dual-layer - single-layer need a DVDShrink-type program) which you can sometimes purchase for less than 25 cents/DVD.
