How would a stand-up comedy routine look in script form?Are there any examples in publication or over the net? Thanks.x

The standup comedian Louis C.K. created a show for HBO titled Lucky Louie. He used alot of his standup material in scripts for his show. He starred in the show and he delivered his jokes perfectly. The show was hilarious but HBO cancelled it.
If you go to his website(louisck.com) you can download clips of his stand up. And when you watch Lucky Louie you will here bits from his stand up from his character. I don't know how it would look in script form but Lucky Louie used stand up material in a very effective way.
