Question:
What happed to Rose in Doctor Who?
I missed the last few episodes of Season Two of the new SciFi series "Dr. Who". Somewhere in those episodes, Rose left the Doctor, but none of the episode guides I can find say why or under what circumstances. It's driving me crazy as his longing for her is something of a major theme of this season's shows.
Does anyone know what happened?

She was sucked into an alternate universe. The one where the Cybermen were earlier in the series, and where Pete Tyler is still alive. It was the only way to defeat the Daleks and Cybermen that had invaded through Torchwood. The Doctor manages to find a rift and use all the energy the TARDIS has to say goodbye to Rose through a hologram. She tells him she loves him and he is cut off before he can tell her the same. It made me cry. You might be able to find that scene on YouTube.
