owned jabot. why did jack tell victor gi-em sold jabot to katherine. why did katherine tell victor gi-men sold her jabot. did jack all along not own jabot and jack and gi-men fooled victor all this time. thanks.

Jack did sell it to Kay. Ji Mihn was just a front so it could be a matter of public record and not mess up his campaign. He could be impeached if it's ever found out that he owned Jabot and not Ji Mihn. Remember Jack had everyone deceived all along and they thought Ji Mihn owned it. Except Victor who's now mad as hell because Nikki didn't tell him that Jack sold to Kay. The only reason Vic sold NVP to Nikki was to get revenge on Jack. Not to make Nikki happy. But it has backfired on him. Now there's no telling what lengths the "Black Knight" will go thru to get revenge on everyone.
