hmm.. I haven't watched it in a long time.. so hard to say which book.. It was towards the end.. when Kirstie Alley's character becomes an abolitionist.. I dont' remember if she married an ex slave in the same book, or if it came later.. I liked the way she stood up to her brother.. Other than that one bit about one character I barely remember it.. I seem to recall that it was really really good when they were still in West Point.. but after that it gets hazy..
