The sound Dick Cheney makes on the show Lil' Bush?

If you have seen the show Lil' Bush on comedy central what is the reason they made Lil' Cheney make the weird sounds. Why is he always saying, "reh-reh-REH-reh"? Is it some kind of reference to something Dick Cheney does in real life?

I think it's a reference to Kenny on South Park personally lol. I'm assuming you've seen at least a couple episodes of South Park, right? If not, turn it on. In the episode that's on now, he even was killed when he had a heart attack in a vending machine and his heart exploded then the rescue workers broke the glass with an axe!

I SWEAR the shows are based on one another lol! :

Lil Bush = Cartman (with all the crazy ideas and not making sense)
Lil Cheney = Kenny (with all the non-talking and just following the others around, and a couple deaths, mostly heart attacks)
Lil Condi = Stan (the calm one and usually the "voice of reason")
Lil Rummy = Kyle (the other usual calm one that is always with the other 3)

But anyway, in response to your original question, I have no idea where the "reh-reh-reh-reh" comes from. I've never heard him do it in real life.
