I'm not sure what you mean by "hook up." I haven't been keeping up with the manga but I believe I've seen every episode that's been played on adult swim and i dont think they do anything in those. I've only seen them kiss and that was in the second movie- "Castle beyond the looking glass " or something like that. It's the first one with Kaguya. And they only kissed cuz Kagome was trying to keep Inu from becoming a fullfledged demon. Anyway, hope that helps.
