The Emmy's having the same shows winning every time, and the same damn shows getting nominated for everything? We get it, they're "quality" television. Whatever. All dramas, even many of the comedies have heavy elements drama. [I'm looking at you Ugly Betty] All you need to sweep the Emmy's these days is a sappy script and a thick web of character conflict. What about loved comedies like The Simpsons and Scrubs? [Okay not The Simpsons lately] Too "low-brow" for The Emmy's? Have they always been this way, or is it just lately? The Oscars are the same damn way.

Also what about comedies like South Park? They effect pop culture so much, does that count for ANYTHING? 20 years from now tv-land wont be showing this crap that's sweeping the Emmy's.

It is getting pretty old. The Sopranos will probably sweep up at this year's Emmy's.
