They actors who portray them are the best and their characters are the most interesting to watch.
The other story lines are really pretty boring.
They need to give flesh out the role of Bailey/'The Nazi' and let her shine, too.
ADDED: I agree with tiff-so-fierce. Iz and George *are* whiny. (Callie, too!) The way their current storyline is being portrayed you would think that no one has ever felt an unrequited love before. All this storyline is doing is showing us how incredibly weak these characters are! If, when the new season begins, they don't drop this nonsense and move on, I'll have to move on. They dropped the only storyline with any originality (Burke & Cristina). I don't imagine the next season will be worth watching.
