I have a question about the series "Psych" on USA?
Is the guy a partially psychic investigator who is gradually getting a grasp on his talent? I don't watch it but I had this idea when I just saw a commercial.

No... he has the ability of observing every little detail of a situation or a place or the people in it, what everyone is wearing, doing, or saying if he's in earshot and a talent of putting them all together to solve the crimes he solves.
