High school musical question?

in the opening scenes of "high school musical," gabriella is carrying a book around with her that she reads and her mom takes away so she can enjoy the party. does anyone know what book it was? it had parts of peoples faces on it in block/rectangle-shaped pictures and the first word of the title was "if." please help if you have any idea!

I answered this question for someone else a while ago. I actually paused the movie and moved it back and forth to figure it out, and in the end it looks like it was a book that Disney made up for the movie, because I could find no record of it in the WorldCat library catalog database. I'll find my answer and will edit soon with my findings.

I've spent some time freeze framing the movie, and the title of the book is "If You Only Knew Me." Unfortunately, it appears to be a made up book, because I can find no record of it in WorldCat, a worldwide library catalog database. The folks at Disney just had someone in their graphics department design a dustjacket, which they just put on a book...they probably chose that title because it exactly describes Gabriella's character. Kind of ironic that she's reading a book called that, isn't it?
