There are rumors of a Spuffy (Buffy/Spike pairing) centered movie, but I have not heard of a spin-off/sequel in the makes. You may buy "Season Eight" comics of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, picking off where season seven left off, at your local comic store, and some book stores.
