Can I get a DVD replaced in a boxset?
I got CSI:Season 1 boxset for my birthday, but Disc 3 wasn't part of the first season, it was from the Third season. How can get it replaced, I don't have a receipt and I think my best friends got it being the last one in the store. He can't find the receipt and the store can't exchange it. Can I write to the CBS Video company and get it replace or does anyone know how can this issue be resolved.
