anyone see the final ever episode of the sopranos last night??and what did u think??im in rep of ireland and i dont know if it has been shown in uk yet?i wont say what happened for those who havnt seen it

nancy s ..i totally agree with u..thats exactly what i thought aswell..my heart was racing with the final scene!!!

It was shown in the U.S. a while back. I think it was left wide open for speculation so the characters can come back if the crew of the show decide to take up where they left off. You have two different scenarios. Tony could have been gunned down along with his family as Meadow walks in the door, as it appears something is going to happen with all the build up. Or, nothing will happen, but I think my gut instinct goes with the first choice. It wasn't cut and dry and left you hanging. I thought it was interesting how they faded it out and left you to decide what happened. Clever way of being able to shoot more film segments if the actors and director decide they want to come back, don't you think?
