It was played in the episode where Raven couldn't go to the Blue Rain Concert with Devone so he brought it to her. That's the episode where she got her face colored blue. It's also in the episode where Raven was looking for the Prom date that she saw in her vision. The song was played at the end where she was dancing with Devone on the street.
