The 4400 VS Dexter VS any other show??

Okay i'm not a big tv watcher, but recently i wanted to watch another show thats as good as Prison Break, Lost or Heroes. I've heard good things about those 2 shows "The 4400 & Dexter" Would you recommend watching them, or is there any other show that should be good watching? Currently i watch

Lost, Prison Break, Heroes, Sports :P, The Office, and My name is Earl. Those are about the only shows i show any interest in, so what do you guys recommend??

Sounds like 4400 is a show you will most likely enjoy from what you currently watch. Dexter is a great show but it is VERY dark and twisted. So it's hard to say if you will like it.

If you want to be sure both shows first seasons are on DVD and I am sure you can rent them if you use an online DVD rental service like Netflix or Blockbuster Online. You may find them in a store rental but it's hard to say.

Here are some other suggestions judging on what you like; Friday Night Lights, Psych, Jericho, and Scrubs.

I would toss in The Shield because personally I think it's the best show on TV. But it won't be back on until Jan 08. Though again you can rent it.

Another show I like but most people are turned off by the content is The Wire. When people give it a chance they seem to like it.

I think I watch to much TV :(
