Which is best of the following: South Park, Simpsons, Family Guy, or King of the Hill?

I never got into the Simpsons... yeah, there's 5 of us here in North America, we're thinking of starting a support group.
I want to like Family Guy the most, but I think I'll always watch South Park. Even though it isn't as ground-breaking as when it first started, then started picking on culture a lot, I just think it's the best for me. Don't get me wrong, Family Guy is great, but I blame the time slot for me not catching it. If it was on a weeknight I bet I would watch more. It's so smart. The only other detraction is that the people at my old job would talk at length on monday mornings about Family Guy and quote it endlessly. That took some of the wind out of its sails for me.
King of the Hill reminded me too much of Bevis and Butthead. I couldn't get into it. Too redneck. Not interested.
