For X-files Fans, what do you think of the Mulder/Scully chemisty?!

For X-files Fans, what do you think of the Mulder/Scully chemisty?
Would you say it was the result of spectacular acting or something real, not neccesarily romantic?
Answers:
As a long time, faithful fan who says, "thank God for reruns"......Their chemistry was something to behold. It was built over a long time and evolved from just working together, to friendship, to deeper friendship into a mysterious kind of love relationship, closer than most marriages.
In answer to the other part of your question, no doubt in my mind their success was due to "spectacular" acting !!!
