Back in the early days of the Iraq war, American troops were raiding Saddam's banks and cash stashes. Millions of dollars were looted from Saddam and Iraq in general, there are several troops that sent money home to parents and friends and they still have that money even today....(real life)
This Carson guy looking for Plum says Plum was over there in Iraq, Plum has a load of cash and now has the FBI on his tail...
