"Gilmore Girls"???
Why did CW cancel the "Gilmore Girls" so abruptly? That was a great show and the next thing I knew, it was gone...Forever? Why did they shut it down?
Answers:
Something fell apart towards the end of the negotiations, which who exactly, I don't believe that it has been said. But, I have to wonder if it wasn't Alexis (Rory), who was ready to move on. Then Lauren (Lorelai) wasn't going to continue on without Alexis.
They were originally going to do a short season 8, but like I said, something happened that dropped that plan.
But, the Palladino's (who created and wrote the show for 6 seasons, who I also think ruined the show in season 6) stated that they have plans on created a special tv movie in a couple of years. If that will happen is the question though.
