Lifting Weights?

hi just wondering, i'm 15, and am pretty skinny, don't have muscles at all!!!!.. so i'm trying to work out now and get some, i'm using the 10 lbs weights currently. What do you guys recommend, when lifting weights, firstly how long should it be, how many times i should do it in a day, the amount i do, reps/sets. I want to see some results soon, so what would you guys recommend the best, i'm not good at doing push ups or the crouches, so with just lifting weights what should i do???

do 3 sets of 30, then when you can do that easily, up the poundage by 5 pound increments.
