1.How did mulder disapear(in details)?
2.Is Mulder the father of skullys baby?
3.How did they find mulder?
4.If the baby is mulders does he find out?

Hey there! Im a fan so Il try to answer as best I can.
1.Mulder disappear's because he is abducted by aliens. He is taken after tracking the ufo down and basically gets abducted (however his body is still on earth hence he is presumed dead,buried and then more or less is resurrected - the way it happens is better than it sounds)
2.Yes Mulder is the father of Scully's baby.
3. They found Mulder because he was buried alive and made his way out. He was in hospital for a while afterwards recovering.
4. Yes Mulder knows he is the father he was a sperm donor for Scully.
