Todd and BLair don't know the meaning of the word "family". If they did, they'd stay home and teach their kids some manners. Tommy would be better off with Marcie & Mike where he's loved and in a stable home. Todd & Blair are horrible parents. I can't even keep track of how many times they've been married. Setting a poor example for Starr & Jack and now poor little Tommy.
