Answers:
1. Definitely Supernatural. It would have been a toss-up early in the first season, but Supernatural improved in its second season, while the quality of Prison Break declined
2. Sam and Dean, no question. Sam and Dean have been raised since birth to fight, and I think they would wipe the floor with the other two. (Michael is brainy, but not so brawny, so I think he would definitely be the weak link!)
3. I would have to go for Jensen Ackles (Dean), but Wentworth Miller (Michael) is close behind. Jensen just brings such nuance to the role, plus is good at both humor and drama.
