It is most definitely Bad Blood in Season 5. It's mostly with Mulder and Scully going over their stories about how Mulder came to stab a teenage pizza delivery boy with a stake for being a vampire as the FBI are going to be sued for millions. It turns out in the end that he was actually a vampire and the whole town living in the RV's disappear at the end.
