My bro thinks its 80 years where I think its 130 years

It`s supposed to be approximately 80 years between the end of Kirk`s original five year mission and Picard taking over the Enterprise D.
However it`s assumed Kirk finished the five year mission in approximately 2270 (Gregorian calendar) and TNG first season ended in 2364 then we can assume Picard first boarded Enterprise in 2263 which would then make it 98 years between Kirk assuming command of NCC-1701 and Picard assuming command of NCC-1701D.
Bones was about 130 when he toured Enterpise D in Encounter At Farpoint.
