From the episode Patriot Games when Stewie beats the crud out of Brian for not paying him his money from the Mike Tyson-Carol Channing fight. When he knocks him down the stairs, shoots him in the knees and sets him on fire, I'm laughing so hard it hurts. As for quotes, there's too many to freakin' list.
