I need help, the Kool aid video from 1990 somehting?

There was a big program on TV sponsored by Kool-Aid (or something) it had a cartoon of two guys arguing on how to play "Daylight Come, Everyone Go Home", a scene of people crossing the street with 2 buttons, one saying, "Push button to cross street" the other saying "Push button to explode building" I'm trying to find that video for my son. Help me find it please?
