On the show "10 years younger" on TLC..Is the makeup artist a man?

i watched that show today and that is EXACTLY what I wondered! lol!!! He's a man but I think he's uh.. ya know. Once he was dressed like a woman!! i don't like the way they dress those ppl. so tacky.
