Julia- She was my favorite on the show. I am really glad chef Ramsey is sending her to culinary school, thats the best thing for her. I am so happy for her. Sad to see her go.
I am not sure if the other ones would really be able to run a restaurant.

I think Josh should have been gone a few weeks ago. I agree that Julia is great, and her time in culinary school will be well spent.
As for the rest, I honestly don't think ANYONE can run a McDonald's, let alone a multi-million dollar resort in Vegas. Why can't they get the menu right?! They have been cooking the SAME STUFF the whole time?! I mean, come on!
